Mail In or Pick Up & Drop Off
In addition to onsite service we off both mail in and pick up/drop off services
- To get set up for this, simply email us via the contact form on the home page and mention that you would like to use the mail in service, we will respond with shipping details.
- For remote work like this we do require a photograph(s) of the knives (or other tools/implements) we will be working on ahead of time to accurately quote the project and make sure we meet your expectations.
- Turn around time is typically 48 hours from receipt of your knives, though if for any reason that will not be possible you will be notified prior to shipping.
- Return shipping is flat rate $10 anywhere in the lower 48, though additional insurance provided at your request may cause a slight up charge.
- Pick up / Drop off is a $20 flat charge anywhere within our service radius.
